Product Description

Anhydrous Glucose is White crystalline powder. The double melting point is about 190ºC and 245ºC. Slightly soluble in water (about 1) and ethanol (0.26 mg / 100 ml). Odorless; strong sweetness, the sweetness of its dilute solution is about 100-200 times that of sucrose. Its sweetness is very similar to sugar and has a cool sensation. The pH of the 0.8 aqueous solution was 4-6.5. It is unstable in aqueous solution, easily decomposes and loses sweetness, and is stable at low temperature and pH 3-5.
