potassium compound fertilizer, white granular crystal, soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, insoluble
in aceton. Stable in the air, a smallamount of decomposition at 100 ° C, solid relative density of 1.803(19 °
C), melting point of 190 ° C. The loss of ammoni and water beyond the melting point produces a mixture of
ammonium metaphosphate .The P2O5 content is 52% and the K20 content is 34%. Low moisture
absorption, good physical properties, easy to dissolve in water, 20ºC per 100 ml water contains 23g, the
aqueous solution is acidic.

3. In the food industry, potassium dihydrogen phosphate is used to manufacture bakeries, monosodium glutamate and fermentation powder.
4. In feed industry, potassium dihydrogen phosphate is mainly used as mineral element additive to supplement phosphorus and potassium, especially in fish feed.
